The M.P.A. Program at Iowa State is no longer accepting new students into the program as directed by the Iowa Board of Regents. We encourage prospective students to consider applying for the M.A. in political science where they can take courses in public policy and policy implementation within its larger context of politics both in the U.S. and abroad.
Students who have been already been admitted to the M.P.A. program but who have not completed the degree should contact the political science department if they wish to complete the degree. We will continue to offer M.P.A. courses for two years to give current students adequate time to complete the degree.
